Refund and warranty

Since each product is custom and handmade to order, purchases of all products are final, and no refunds will be provided. 

We will repair, replace, or refund any damaged rings for a period of one year, starting from the date of your original purchase. This warranty policy only covers damage that is the result of a defect in our material or workmanship. Examples of scenarios not covered by our limited warranty: 

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents caused by everyday handling.
  • Lost or stolen products. 

Any replacement product will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

To start the warranty process, please submit a request to our team. We ask that you include any relevant pictures or videos in the attachments section and mention any troubleshooting steps you've already tried. This allows our team to assist you as quickly as possible.
